SAFARI PRICES
The safari quoted price is the strictly the inclusive mentioned in the safari package

TRANSPORTATION
For airport transfers, destination connections, excursions, safari game drives shall be by use of various types of cars such as safari vans with hatch roof, safari jeep with hatch roof, safari minivans, saloon cars.

SECURED BOOKINGS
To Secure a safari package booking kindly we require a 10% total safari cost paid before to secure the booking the deposit can be paid by bank transfer, western union.

SAFARI COST PAYMENTS
Pending safari payments should be fully paid before the start/departure of the safari.

Payment by credit card attracts a 5 % surchage
Payment with pesapal link attracts a 3.5 % surchage.

SAFARI SCHEDULE
For our group joining safaris, we will require our clients to share safari facilities with others, clients are advised to be friendly, and good-natured, and enjoy the company of members of their safari group.

ITINERARIES FLOW
The itinerary flow is designed to be followed to the latter end however the company reserves the right to make changes in the event of road works, high season congestion, or other unforeseeable circumstances. The clients will be informed earlier of the changes at the office. Changes made between the client and the guide during the safari, the company will not be liable for any charges that come thereof of such changes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If a client cancels as below time frame the below cancellation fees shall be charged on the deposit amount
14 days prior to scheduled departure-25%
7-13 days prior to scheduled departure-50%
1-6 days prior to scheduled departure-75%
No show on scheduled departure day-100%

COMPANY LIABILITY CLAUSE
The company's liability to clients and claims during safari is governed by the laws of Kenya as constituted by the courts of Kenya. The company shall not be liable for loss or damage of personal property and the clients are advised to exercise caution at all times and take good care of their personal belongings.

SUB CONTRACTION OF SAFARI SCHEDULE
The company may or may not subcontract part or the full safari depending on operational factors in the event of such the clients will be informed and all the above terms shall apply.
